DISCO

DISCO is an an Erasmus Plus initiative designed to assist Guidance Practitioners, including employment and careers counsellors, in addressing the significant challenges and transformations in their field.

The project's primary objective is to enhance the digital competences of these professionals and facilitate the planning and implementation of digital transformation in information, advice, and guidance (IAG) services. This initiative aligns with a broader cultural shift in Vocational Education and Training (VET), allowing guidance staff to seamlessly incorporate the digital transformation of the labor market into their daily work.
