MaWIC

In order to facilitate the successful integration of migrants at the workplace the MaWIC project explores and shapes the role of a “Migration and Workplace Integration Coach” (MaWICoach) and develops a tailored training for educators.

MaWICoaches will be supporting persons providing the necessary guidance and coaching of employers and migrant workers within the workplace integration process and also involve the personnel. Future MaWICoaches are educators and trainers of adult institutions, further vocational institutions, HR managers as well as personnel in companies responsible for workplace integration of new personnel.
