With Adobe InDesign, you can create advertisements, brochures, and product sheets. You will learn the entire production process from idea to final product. This course is suitable for those who are computer-savvy and interested in learning Adobe InDesign.
Please note that Folkuniversitetet will lend you Adobe InDesign for the duration of the course.
Objectives
After the course, you will be able to create documents as a basis for your printed materials or PDFs using Adobe InDesign. You will learn to place text and images and work with page and format templates.
Course Content
The course combines theory and practical exercises:
InDesign's interface
Text and image placement
Page management and master pages
Color systems: CMYK, RGB, Pantone
Typography
Text editing
Paragraph and character styles
Exporting for print and PDF
Target Audience
For those who need to create printed materials and/or PDFs for the web in their work, studies, or leisure. Suitable for those working in communication, marketing, or anyone who finds these skills useful in their private activities.

During the course period, Folkuniversitetet will lend you Adobe InDesign.
Prerequisites
Good computer skills.
Course Structure
The course is conducted entirely online via Zoom. You will participate on the specified day and time.
Course Materials
The course uses Zoom. You will receive instructions on how to use the program well before the course starts. The course requires access to a computer with a camera, microphone, and speakers, as well as an internet connection. You will have access to Adobe InDesign during the course period.

Basic computer skills.
