Nataly Vertkin
Hi, my name is Nataly Vertkin. I was born in Russia and made ‘Aliyah’ to Israel with my family at the age of ten. I studied Hebrew at Ulpan and in a short while became a fluent Hebrew speaker - much like my children speak Swedish today.
My passion for languages led me to pursue a BA and MA in education and languages and become a language teacher. I've taught in Israel, Prague, and Sweden, enjoying the chance to connect with people and cultures.
I believe language and culture go hand in hand, and learning a new language can be fun and rewarding. Remember, though - Rome wasn’t built in a day, so let’s embrace this journey with patience, curiosity, and a sense of adventure!
