Albin Lindén
Undervisar i jazz på utbildningar
Albin Lindén is originally from Stockholm but graduated from the National Academy of Arts(KHIO) in Oslo with a bachelor's degree in jazz dance.
Immediately after graduation he started freelancing in both Sweden and Norway while also co-founding WALK Dance Company. He has since then, performed at Dansens hus in both Stockholm and Oslo, been on tour in Norway, performed at Eurovision and choreographed pieces for the students at KHiO and Norges Dansehoyskole together with WALK. He started teaching at a young age and has always been teaching alongside being a student. He has taught students at KHiO, Norges Dansehoyskole, Balettakademin, Diambra and SMU (Stockholm Musikalartist Utbildning) at Base23.
Albins focus in class is a mix of explosive jazz and isolations combined with challenging musicality. Influenced of other styles he works with whole-body movement and small intricate isolations, always pushing dancers with their range of motion and time given.
