Jan-Erik danced with The Royal Swedish Ballet from 1987, was appointed soloist in 1991, Principal Dancer in 1993 and Royal Court Dancer in 2000. 2001-2004 he was a Principal Dancer at The English National Ballet.
During his long and acclaimed career he has performed all the principal roles within the classical repertoire, as well as a wide range of work within the modern and contemporary field.
He teaches professionals as well as amateurs on an international basis.
