Kursledare
Hanna Blomqvist

While touring she also reaches out to the local community to give workshops and share her love of the arts. A certified teacher in GYROKINESIS® and enjoys sharing this movement method with people from all walks of life.
"My ballet classes are structured to work with the body and alignment, as well as playing with the awareness of musicality. I gently implements GYROKINESIS® in the classes to increase space between the joints and strengthen the ligaments, tendons and areas around those joints, preventing unnecessary compression during training and exercise.
It´s important to me that every dancer feels there is room to dance, even in a structured form like ballet. A simpler barre with a focus on placement is followed by work on the floor and across the diagonal. In all elements, we capture the dynamics of the music and transfer them to body movements. I want everyone who participates to feel safe in the room. Safety and curiosity are fundamental for finding joy in dance."
