Do you find yourself spending so much time on digital devices? Or even worse being trapped in doomscrolling?
This workshop is ideal for those looking for a better balance between ON and (OFF)line time, providing the chance to explore wellbeing strategies to be in control of your digital time.
This space will give you a hint of how to excel on your path towards a better relationship with digital technologies.
In this workshop you will discover the following:
- Identify and get awareness of unconscious digital behaviors leading to wellbeing downgrade.
- Get familiar with strategies to improve attention, focus, and time management.
- Map out apps and solutions to give digital wellbeing a go.
