Skrivkurs på distans
En kurs på distans för dig som vill få individuell handledning för att förbättra din skriftliga kompetens i engelska, med målet att göra ett IELTS-test.
Du arbetar i Folkuniversitetets virtuella klassrum som heter Moodle.
Kursen består av 5 skrivuppgifter som du arbetar med under 6 veckor från kursstart. Dessa uppgifter rättas och kommenteras av din lärare.
Dessutom får du övningar för att förbättra din grammatik, utöka ditt ordförråd och träna läsförståelsen.
Innehållet anpassas efter din nivå.
Du behöver en dator med internetuppkoppling och din webbläsare måste vara inställd på att acceptera cookies.
Kurslitteratur
Mindset for IELTS Level 2 eller Mindset for IELTS Level 3 beroende på om du satsar på IELTS Band Score 6,5 eller 7,5.

Writing for IELTS, an online writing course
This writing course is designed for students who want to take the IELTS test. Please note you can start at the earliest one week after your registration.
The entire course will take place on Moodle, Folkuniversitetet’s virtual classroom on Internet. The course consists of 5 writing tasks for you to work with during 6 weeks from the start of the course. You will be given a range of tasks to choose from so that you can tailor-make your own course to suit your level and individual needs. You will send your completed tasks to your teacher who will give you detailed feedback and refer you to exercises for further practice where needed.
You should do the course at your own pace but it should be completed within 6 weeks of course start.
Further information
You need a computer and an Internet connection, preferably broadband, as all the course material is on Internet and the supplementary exercises are done online.
Course book: Mindset for IELTS Level 2 eller Mindset for IELTS Level 3 depending on whether you aim at a Band 6,5 or 7,5.
You can start your course anytime though no earlier than a week after your booking
Course fee includes VAT (Moms)= 3950 SEK.
Please note that the course book is not included as part of the course fee. Needs to be purchased separately.
